Be Glad not Sad

I thought the special effects would make for great pictures unfortunately Astrid did not agree.
There is just something so endearing about her unhappy little face! Does that make me a bad parent?
Taking pictures of that pouty lip? Before I hug her?
Anna has just really blossomed this last year.
She is becoming such a beauty cutie.
I'm very grateful to have a camera I just wish I could get those spots of the lens. Does anyone have any Ideas?
I've been after it with a q-tip no luck.
Funny girl insisted on wearing these shoes. They are to big for her feet.
We took these pictures with their birthday invitations in mind.
I love that look on her face.
Can't you just hear her cute little voice right now?
The hay was prickly on her legs. I was so disillusioned the first time I got to really feel hay. I had this romantic notion that it would be warm and soft and comfy. All the stories had people sleeping in the haylofts all the time.
Anna was not at all scared of the special effects.
She was however bored with taking pictures.
She was not very impressed by my explanation that I wanted to take a picture of her rising out of the smoke in the cauldron.
Oh well, we can't all be artistic visionaries I suppose.
Astrid's turn.
Anna looking through the window while we took pictures.
I have a hard time getting her hair to behave.
She did not want to take many pictures because of the smoke machine, but i got what I needed and they had fun making their invitations.
