During the process you think about things like what to eat for lunch, why you hate your shoes, that you need to loose weight, finally remember that thing you forgot, wonder what the cross between a giraffe and a mermaid would look like, you know the usual stuff.

While you wait for it to be your turn in the pictures you also get to catch up with relatives who you have not seen for a looooong time

Like my dads little brother and his charming wife! Last time I saw them I bought green hair dye! That was 10th grade. The most impressive thing about that green hair is that I did not get fired.

I saw Janice when I was preggers with Ivy, that is 6 years ago and we only had a few hours and I can't quite remember but I think it was really hectic in the house at the time.

I had never seen this guy before so catching up was easy!

My dear uncle. I can not look at him with out noticing how much he looks like his mother and wonder what my dad would have looked like now. would his hair be white? his hair was darker so I do not think so. I still wonder though.

Christian! When I think of him, the first thing that comes into my mind is actually when his mom went into labor. Besides that I had not seen him since I turned 16. That is a looooooooooong time ago.

Needles to say we did not exactly finish catching up before we were wanted in the lineup.
