Since Jed's little brother James came to spend the summer with us we had a little get together with the other little brother Ben and his family.
Alex does not like the camera.
So her annoying Aunt (me) kept trying to get a good picture of her anyway.

So if James is like his big brothers he will grow up and marry a women who makes strange faces every time someone pulls out a camera.
We had a fun time at the pool together.
I was trying to get a picture of all the cousins together but it was hard.
here we have Alex in the back, ivy looking at something, Jordan doing a "I'm not going to smile" face, Anna and Jada confirming my theory that they have a lot of personality in common just look at them even their hands are the same! Astrid and Ian being their goofy selves.
One day we'll have to have a little more time for some cute group pictures.
If Alex had not been hiding under the table this might have been a pretty good one.
unfortunately Jada looked down on this one but i think it might otherwise be the best one, especially if I crop it.

oh my goodness gracious. those kids are getting way too old way too fast. I need to see them before they're all in walkers. And James is just the most handsomest fella there ever was.
ReplyDeleteyes he is I know quite a few of the girls here were VERY happy when they found out that "uncle James" was not Jeds age but a promising work in progress.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes we really need a family reunion or something. or you all need to move to californien with us next summer asuming that works out.
